Who is 'Wimbledon'? The Wimbledon Wine Company is a sales and marketing company exclusively representing several small, family owned, estate brands in the marketplace. Wimbledon sells nationally to distributors, retailers and restaurants, as well as directly to consumers via phone, fax or online. Because we have such a great relationship with all of our wineries, we are able to pass on great savings to our customers, and offer many hard to find wines.

Who can I call if I have questions about my account? Call the Wine Club Hotline at (888) 977-7737. Sandi Coero, our wine club manager, enjoys reaching out to our customers and would be happy to help you! What will my credit card statement read? Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from Huntington/Wimbledon Wine Company.
How often will I receive shipments? You will receive a 2-bottle shipment approximately every 3 months totaling 4 shipments per year. Each shipment will average between $35 to $40, and not exceed $55.00 per shipment. Your credit card will be automatically billed.
Are there any fees to join, and what if I need to cancel? There are no fees and no obligation when joining our wine club. If you need to cancel, just notify us in writing by mail, fax or e-mail - it's that simple.
What if the Wine Shop Order doesn't show my club discount? When you fill out the billing & shipping form just check the box that says you are a Wine Club member and submit the form. We will manually adjust the invoice and apply your discount.
Can you ship alcoholic beverages to my state?  Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states: AK, CA, CO, IA, ID, IL, MN, MO, NC, NH, NV, NM, OR, VA, WA, WI, WV and WY. Please review our shipping rates to find out the cost of shipping. You can also visit the Wine Institute for more information on wine shipping regulations. At this time, the Wimbledon Wine Company does not ship wine outside of the United States.

*In compliance with state regulations, sales tax will be added to orders shipped to the following states: CA (7.75%), NH (8%), NV (7.5%), VA (4.5%), WY (12%).
 
How can I check on my orders? Can I track the package?  You can view all your orders, past and present, by first logging in and then going to My Account and then going to the 'Your Past Orders' page. This page will also include all telephone purchases. Additionally, when your order is received and shipped out of our fulfillment center, you will receive an e-mail notifying you with a tracking number.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?  We ask that you allow 5-7 business days for normal delivery. We make every attempt to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible.
  • If any items are temporarily unavailable (but due in within a few days), our shopping cart will prevent you from ordering the non-available items. Please check with us if this occurs to find out when these items may become available.  
           
  • IMPORTANT - We attempt to ship wines at the beginning of each week in order to get shipments to you before the weekend. This is because we have no control over the temperature conditions at our freight carriers' warehouses. The result may be a delay in your shipment. Please understand that this policy is due to our commitment to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. 
Is it safe to use my credit card?  Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. 
 
Do I have to order online?  Of course not. You can order over the telephone during our business hours. To do this, simply call us at: 888-977-7737 Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. If you wish to order by fax you may do so by faxing us at: 707-579-2612.
 
What are my payment options?  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 
 
What are my shipping options?  All of our shipping-related information can be found by visiting our Shipping Rates page.
 
Can I cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted?  With any cancellation or modification, please let us as soon as possible. During the checkout process, your credit card is authorized in real time, therefore in the event of a cancellation, we will have to issue a refund to your card. 
 
How do I know if you have received my order?  After you place an order, you should see a Thank You page with an order number. You should also receive a confirmation via Email. Additionally, from the My Account page you should see the order on the 'Your Past Orders' page.

Returning or Exchanging an Item

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or there has been an error, please contact us immediately to facilitate a return or exchange.
  
Note: In a refund situation, the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item.
